Landowner Rules: No open fires allowed. Gates must be left how they were found. Vehicles shall be parked in such a manner as to not obstruct traffic or block any gates. Firearms shall not be discharged within 1/4 mile of an inhabited building located within the boundaries of the hunting property. No littering, littering will result in fines. General hunter safety precautions must be followed at all times. Hunters' responsibility to not trespass on to neighboring ranches - trespassers will be prosecuted. Ranch maintains an active cattle operation - hunters must keep cattle and ranchers' safety in mind at all times.

Mike has a gorgeous ranch. Fields, coulees, timber, water, etc. this place has it all and the animals love it. I had an incredible time hunting the ranch and Mike was an amazing host. Can’t wait to book again next year.

Beautiful piece of property. Lots of whitetail bucks and a few muley bucks. Warm and dry when we hunted, but location with weather conditions could bring the elk in.

This is a very nice property. We saw some whitetail and a few mule deer. We did not harvest any, however the weather was far from ideal for hunting. I think we would’ve seen more activity had the weather been cooler

Beartooth Mountain Ranch is a great property for hunting or recreating. It has everything the wildlife need, and the terrain allows for a challenging/ fun hunt. Mike was very helpful and quick to respond. I was successful with my rifle and was happy to have harvested a big healthy Whitetail Buck. Thank you, Mike and Land Trust, for the opportunity.

My wife daughter and I had an amazing time! We saw a couple of bulls but we’re not able to get on them. We harvested some nice white tail and one beautiful bear. Mike was very Helpful in letting us know where the game might be and with accommodations or our camper. I look forward to doing this again next year hopefully. Thank you Mike for allowing us to have such a wonderful opportunity and great memories on your absolutely beautiful property
