Bevill Farms is a 119-acre property in Marion County, Missouri, about 7 miles from the town of Philadelphia. We have terraced ag ground with CRP and dense tree cover. It's a great spot to hunt turkey and deer. We have leased the property for the past decade or so, which has yielded some nice bucks (see pictures).

The farm consists of a 1-acre right of way that provides access to our 40-acre piece. This 40-acre piece shares a corner with our 78-acre piece as well. The 78-acre piece can easily be accessed from the main road.
