Mostly wooded with some very thick areas. Well-maintained trail system. Fairly steep topography. Hardwoods and pines provide great roosting for turkeys. Our property boarders 7000 acres of federal park land, hunting is not permitted in the park.
The property is located just a few miles north of Thurmont, where hotels, gas stations, and restaurants are available.

Eric and the property were amazing. thete are plenty of turkeys and he know the property and turkeys. The first morning he had gobblers within 20 yards-only reason i didn’t harvest one is they came in behind and to my off hand and a bush blocked any shot. the rest of the hunt was constant low pressure and rain - but we tried anyway. I will definitely return Lord willing. Great hiking in fairly steep gorgeous mountains
