Haverfield Ranch Partnership
Our ranch is home to over 4,000 acres of Kansas farmland and prairie. With a great population of pheasant, mule deer, and prairie dogs, the opportunities for hunting are endless. The habitat consists of agricultural cropland, grassland, and brushy edges. We also have numerous draws with bottoms that are sure to hold mule deer and pheasant. We have other parcels that could hold pheasants on a cold winter's day later in the season as well.
We are located in Logan County here in Western Kansas. One of our many access points to the ranch's parcels are all within 30-45 minutes of I-70, making for convenient access for sportsmen making the drive out from Colorado or Eastern Kansas.
We look forward to hosting you on your next hunt in the great state of Kansas!

This Haverfield listing is much more than just a pasture. When I got out of the truck for my visit three pheasants flew up and landed in the bottom of a draw. While I am standing here writing this another pheasant flew up and landed in the bottom. Almost the entire place has Prairie Dogs! This would be a great spot for Mule Deer as well; in fact, I got as close as I dared to six Mule Deer during my visit. On another parcel, I saw two Mule Deer. I'm under the impression, that the entire acreage is likely to hold even more deer!

Saw deer each day of the hunt. Would most definitely hunt here in the future.

Max was great! Nice terrain with promising bird habitat. Got a few birds up but mostly hens unfortunately. Tough bird numbers in general for the state but wouldn't hesitate to hunt on Max's land again.
