Calling all sportsmen in Columbia looking for a local spot and honey hole close to the Capital City. We have about 13 acres just off Interstate 77 just outside of the Blythewood area, less than 30 minutes outside of Columbia. This is a great location for sportsmen with only a morning or afternoon to spare, where you can split the day at work and get out to the stand to sit. We have a good population of whitetails, which are consistently moving through the property, especially around the early evening time of day. 

We also have a pond on the property, which has good numbers of sunfish, shellcrackers, and smallmouth bass. The ponds aren't stocked, so populations are natural. Catch and Release Only.
