We have a dense population of whitetail. The property features an abundance of high vantage points.
Sportsmen are welcome to bring their own ground blinds.
Sportsmen are also welcome to fish the Niobrara River, which is free with any hunt on the property.
Please inquire about rifle hunting.
Please be cognizant of cattle in the field.
Archery Only.
Price is $300 per hunter per day for up to 6 hunters, plus lodging for $50 per night.

I have hunted this property dozens of times and even harvested two turkeys out there this month. Some of the biggest whitetail bucks I have ever seen have been on this property. It all comes down to setting up in the right spot to catch them moving to and from the Niobrara River.

Landowner Rules: Please stay away from equipment and shops. Please close any gates behind you that are opened. Stay out of fields if planted. This is a working farm so be aware. Fires are permitted only in the firepit at house and with permission from landowner. No fires allowed anywhere else.
