Nestled in between the Tobacco Roots to the North and the Gravellys to the South, Water Gulch is a hidden gem of a property for mule deer. The main two track leads to a graded roadbed as it switches back up the hill. After ~1/4 mile the graded roadbed ends and there is a semi-flat parking area in the grass, which would be the perfect spot to set up an RV with great views and seclusion very close to Virginia City.

Access to BLM land just to the west of Water Gulch is available via an unimproved county road.
