Our 265 acres here in Westmoreland County, Virginia, is a woodland hunter's dream! The property consists of close to 100% timber, with small fields, cuts, and wildlife corridors scattered throughout. Miles and miles of wide, well-maintained trail interconnect the property. Nearly a mile of the property boundary is made up of swamps and wetlands. It's where the Black and Bryant Swamps converge. 

ATVs for on-trail hunting use are welcome as it's a large property and we want you to experience the most of it!

We are excited to be offering whitetail and turkey hunts here on the farm. Hunters will find the property is well-maintained and set up nicely for a great experience. The property hasn't been timbered in many years, making it a well-known hideout for game.

The farm is located less than 10 minutes from the quaint town of Montross where you can find restaurants, a brewery and coffee shop, and grocery store. The property is also adjacent to Stratford Hall, the birthplace of Robert E. Lee, and features historic interests such as an old home foundation and cemetery. 

The Northern Neck of Virginia is not only home to beautiful views, but rich history as well. Also sitting just a few miles away from the farm is Westmoreland State Park with access to the banks of the Potomac River, while the Birthplace of George Washington is only 10 miles away from us!

The property is centrally located about 40 miles from Fredericksburg, about 65 miles from the Richmond area, and just 75 miles from Washington, D.
