    It sure was nice to have Brett hunt. He was very respectful of the property and enjoys the Sandhills as much as we do. We look forward to having Brett return!

    Had a great trip. The Sandhills in spring are spectacular and so is the ranch. Jody showed me around the property and I started my hunt. Didn't harvest a bird but had a really nice opportunity but he snuck up behind me. So goes turkey hunting? I really enjoyed watching all the wildlife. Turks, grouse, phez, deer etc... Communication with Jody was easy. I really hope to get back up there this fall.

    Brett was a pleasure to get to know. He was on our property and respected all rules we have without fail. He's a true grouse hunter in every way. We look forward to having him back for dove and grouse in September of 2022!

    Had a great day grouse hunting. Found a few few but in typical late season fashion, they were very jumped. Great habitat! Orrin was very flexible in finding a time for me to get up here between weather events. He was very communicative. I look forward to hunting this property next season.
