Ideal hunting parcel of 80 acres available on our 169.35 acre farm with whitetail deer, turkeys, grouse and small game. The farm is a paradise for deer, turkeys and small game with over 300 wild apple trees throughout the property, open meadows, hayfields, deep timber and water in multiple places. We're only a ~3 hour drive from NYC making us a great weekend hunting getaway in a beautiful, serene and private setting. This is the eastern half of our farm.
Property is located 8 miles from Norwich and 18 miles from Oneonta, both with lodging, restaurants and shopping. If you are considering purchasing a property our 4 bedroom, 4 bath house with attached oversized garage, nice post and beam barn on 169.35 acres is available with or without equipment or furnishings.

Ken is a great guy super friendly and accommodating. He has a beautiful property, truly spectacular. While my hunt was not successful I will come back again. I enjoyed my two days on Ken’s property.

Ken is a super nice guy and hunting his property was a great experience. There are lots of deer in this area and if you are able to spend a couple of days hunting here you should get an opportunity to harvest one. The property is easy to navigate and there are plenty of trees to climb with a portable stand.

Ken is a very welcoming and knowledgeable farmer, who made sure we received the best hunting experience possible. His property is huge, and has so much to offer in varying scenery and wildlife.
