House Description
This is a large open insulated room, finished with wood paneling, the floor is completely covered wall to wall with interlocking foam squares. It has one single bed and one queen bed, there is a kitchen counter and cabinets against one wall. Electric space heaters are the only source of heat. Half the building is the bunk room, the other half is a garage with a large custom built portable toilet accessable from the bunk room without going outside, the garage part is not heated or insulated.

We have a large 40x100 foot level gravel parking lot on the property right next to the road that is easy to pull any vehicle in or out, but there are no hookups there. We also have a barn that has a single 30amp RV electric hookup. The only access is a straight driveway leading up to the barn approximately 100 feet long and 10 feet wide. It is level but there is no room to turn a big vehicle or trailer around, you either have to back in or back out. No turnaround or pull through.
