RM3's 480 acres are made up of diverse terrain, deep creek bottoms, ponds, and amazing views from the hills. This along with the grasslands, woods, and cedar trees provide both incredible food sources and great cover for the large population of turkeys. The property has trails cut through the timber to make navigation very easy. A huge bonus for hunters is that the 160 acres on the South part of the land have not been hunted in 7 years, and the 320 acres to the North in 3 years.

For hunting parties of 3 or less, you will be assigned to a 160-acre parcel of the property. This parcel holds 4 feeders. We will guide you to the correct area, and ensure that everything is clear and explained thoroughly.
