In years past, our family has enjoyed picking the pods or bulbs from Yucca Plants and eating them. You can eat them raw or fry them up, and they also have some health benefits!

Downing Ranch has some of the best hunting I have seen. With 7,000 acres and 3 miles of river. There is always another spot to sit. Tim says 100+ Turkey hang around the house each morning.
