In years past, our family has enjoyed picking the pods or bulbs from Yucca Plants and eating them. You can eat them raw or fry them up, and they also have some health benefits!&nbsp;

Bird Watching at the Diamond Bar Ranch: this price is a flat rate, which includes two days of bird watching plus a night of camping on the ranch.

Bird Watching with Camping

Visit for a personalized and comprehensive tour of the Diamond Bar Ranch for a chance to experience all that goes into our operation. Tours can be full or half-day, with morning tours involving feeding and other ranch chores. Each tour will highlight the Nebraska Sandhills Ranching Lifestyle and explore the history of the Diamond Bar Ranch and Logan County.
During the tour, guests will see first-hand the wildlife and cattle that call the ranch's diverse landscape home. You also may catch a glimpse of our new baby colts, who are a beloved part of our draft quarter horse family.

The calving takes place at our headquarters every spring, and we only have a limited number of days available for calving season tours.&nbsp;
Guests will be able to enjoy a personalized tour of Diamond Bar Ranch with opportunities to ask lots of questions, and then finish the day with a some Diamond Bar Ranch-raised burgers!&nbsp;
